Karen Vogel is widely known as co-creator of the Motherpeace Tarot deck and as a tarot reader, teacher and writer as well as an extraordinary artist.

The worldwide success of the Motherpeace Deck (currently over 400,000 in print) afforded her the time to develop as an artist and sculptor of wood and stone as well as continue her exploration of the intermountain and far west. Karen’s creative voice expresses her deep sense of animation and spirit in nature.

Karen is a rogue scholar — known for her innovative thinking in the field of anthropology and natural history. She has a degree in anthropology and a background in women’s studies, art and shamanism. She grew up in New York City but fell in love with the wild places of the western North America as a teenager. She’s lived there ever since and explored many places in the intermountain and far west. She lives in rural west Sonoma County, California.

READINGS WITH KAREN

My gift as a reader is to see some of your stories or inner voices and how you might work with them. Through the reading I can help examine these stories creating the possibility for insight and growth. By seeing some of the inner voices and stories that limit and undermine possibilities it becomes possible to rewrite the narrative and create new pathways that help remove obstacles.

My readings last about an hour and cost $120. The readings can be by zoom or phone. Contact me here for more information or to make an appointment. Let me know your time zone and two or three times that would work for you.
